Powers of Attorney (PoA) are included in all enrollment packages. These documents allow GlobeTax to source Certifications of Residency (COR) and prepare and file tax reclaim applications on behalf of clients. There are two types of Power of Attorneys that vary slightly based on entity structure:

• IRS Power of Attorney: U.S. Residents only. Authorizes GlobeTax to request IRS Certificates of Residency (COR) as foreign tax authorities require updated copies each year.
• Limited Power of Attorney: Apply to both U.S. and non-U.S. residents and vary based on entity structure. These documents authorize GlobeTax to prepare and file tax reclaim applications on behalf of clients.
